Brauer’s Sleep Easy Oral Spray combines Green Tea with the benefits of herbal California Poppy in a mild tasting & convenient spray to assist falling asleep.

California Poppy is well recognised in traditional Western herbal medicine to induce sleep, reduce time taken to fall asleep and to relax the nervous system.

With SereniTea™ a decaffeinated Green Tea Extract which is standardised to no less than 40% Theanine.

Brauer Sleep Easy Oral Spray

Shake well before use.

Adults – Spray 1.74mL (6 sprays) into the mouth, once daily before bed, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Each 1.74mL dose (6 sprays) contains:

  • Eschscholzia californica (California poppy) extract dry concentrate 133.4mg
    from dry herb flowering 2g
  • Camellia sinensis (Green tea) extract dry concentrate 50mg from dry leaf 8g

Contains sorbates. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use if breastfeeding, pregnant or likely to become pregnant. Store below 25°c.
