Body brushing with Brauer's wooden body brush may be an invigorating way to start the day and may be enjoyed before a bath or shower. 

How to use this product

Brush from your feet upwards, always working towards your chest. 

Brush with small, gentle strokes. You may like to slowly increase the length and pressure of your strokes as your skin becomes more accustomed  to brushing. 

Wash your brush every few days in clean water and allow it to dry thoroughly before use.
