If you're unhappy with your Brauer product and meet any of the criteria below, simply complete the form below within 30 days of your purchase, and a member of our Customer Service team will be in touch to arrange a refund and product return.
1. Terms & Conditions
- Eligibility Period:Requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date, supported by proof of purchase.
- Condition of Product:Products must be returned in original packaging, with no more than 20% of the contents used. Products that are empty, damaged, or without packaging are not eligible for refund.
- Excluded Items : The Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:Items purchased on sale or promotion (including bundles or clearance)Trial-size or sample products. Products marked as Final Sale.
- Shipping & Handling Costs : Refunds apply to the product purchase price only. Delivery, freight, and return postage costs are non-refundable.
- Proof of Purchase : The refund applies only to items purchased directly from the official brand website or authorised retailers. Third-party resellers and marketplace purchases are not covered.
- Return Approval : Customers must contact Customer Service before returning any item to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN). Unauthorised returns will not be processed.
- Refund Method : Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after receipt and inspection of returned goods.
- Misuse or Abuse Clause : We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases of suspected abuse of the guarantee or excessive returns history.
- One-Time Use : The Money Back Guarantee applies once per product per customer.
- Regulatory Compliance : Nothing in this policy limits rights under Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
2. Acceptable Reasons for Refund
- Allergic or medical reaction – with supporting information or photo.
- Product fault, expiry or quality issue - packaging defect, missing components or damaged on arrival.
- Incorrect item received – verified against original order.
- Duplicate order made in error.
