How to use this product

For children 1 - 3 years: take 1 capsule per day or as directed by a healthcare professional. Twist or snip off tail or pierce capsule and add to food, drinks or serve on a spoon.
4 - 8 years: Chew 1 capsule per day
9 - 13 years: Chew 2 capsules per day
14+ years: Chew 3 capsules per day.

Under 12 months: On the advice of a healthcare professional only.

Capsules should be chewed and not swallowed whole.

Active ingredients

Each capsule contains:

Cod Liver Oil 500mg (equiv. docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 50mg

equiv. eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 35mg), Vitamin A 263 micrograms
(875IU), Colecalciferol 2.2 micrograms (equiv. Vitamin D3 87.5IU)
