1. Competition Overview
   The winner of this competition will be chosen at random.

2. How to Enter
   To enter the competition, entrants must complete the online form.
   To participate in the competition, entrants must purchase a Sambucus product, take a photo with the sambucus product, and post it on their social media platforms (instagram， facebook). Entrants must submit two photos: one featuring the Sambucus product, and another showing the post on your social media. The most creative submission featuring the Sambucus product will win the grand prize.
3. Prize Details
   The prize for this competition is an all inclusive stay for 2 Adults and 1 child* at Jamala Wildlife Lodge, which includes:
   - One-night stay in the Giraffe Treehouse, for 2 adults and 1 child.
   - A 90 minute tour experience.
   - Includes Hightea on arrival, Dinner with Drinks and A la carte breakfast
   - The total prize value is $3,020 (2 Adults + 1 Child)
4. Competition Period
   - The competition starts at 12:00am ACDT on Wednesday, 30th April 2025.
   - The competition closes at 11:59pm ACDT on Wednesday, 23rd July 2025.
   
5.  Winner Announcement
   The winner's first initial, last name, and postcode will be published on this page, as well as on Brauer’s Facebook and Instagram pages once the giveaway has been drawn.
   
6. Eligibility
   Only one entry per person is allowed.
   Entrants must be Australian residents aged 18 years or older except all employees of the Promoter and Jamala Wildlife Lodge and their immediate families.
7. Prize Collection and Conditions
   - The prize must be accepted as offered and is not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
   - The prize value is based in AUD and is provided by the service providers, with the prize details correct at the time of publishing. Brauer accepts no responsibility for any change in the prize value.
   - Travel expenses are not included in the prize and will be borne by the winner
   - Prize is redeemable within 3 years of collection date
8. Liability Disclaimer
   Except where prohibited by law, Brauer (including its officers, employees, and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity), whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion, including, but not limited to:
   - Any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under Brauer’s control);
   - Any theft, unauthorized access, or third-party interference;
   - Any late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected entries or prize claims;
   - Any variation in prize value from that stated;
   - Any tax liability incurred by the winner or entrant;
   - Redemption of the prize; and/or
   - Participation in the promotion.
9. Ownership of Entries
   All entries become the property of the promoter. Entrants agree to assign all rights, title, and interest in and to their entry to Brauer. Brauer is entitled to use any of the submitted entries for future promotions, marketing, and publicity purposes.
10. Force Majeure
    In the event of war, terrorism, a state of emergency, or natural disasters, Brauer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition (subject to relevant state and territory regulations).
11. Data Privacy
    All entries are governed by Brauer’s Privacy Notice, and entrants consent to receiving emails about the competition, as well as Brauer’s other publications, products, services, and events, or third-party goods and services that may be of interest.
12. Unclaimed Prizes
    If the prize is not claimed within three months of the winner being notified, a redraw will occur. The new winner will be selected electronically and at random at 3:00pm ACDT on Wednesday, 12th November 2025, and will be notified in writing by Friday, 14th November 2025.
